We had exceptional customer service from two employees who spent a great deal of time with us, helped us pick the best AC unit for our home, explained installation and accessories, and were kind and warm. My family and I nearly got run off the road by there delivery van in Morzine at around 2pm on 14th August. Couldn't find a way to communicate with Darty on the issue so posted here. If you received a damage item from them on that date it was probably flying around the back of the van before it got to you.

I bought a vacuum cleaner for 600 euros. They charged me twice by mistake. The client service is impossible to reach and nobody answers the chat. I called the shop and they said the only way to be refunded is to go back to the shop (30 km from my place). Terribly unprofessional. Shop elsewhere

I had a very bad experience with this shop. 4 years ago was forced to buy a assurance of 40% on the top of my items purchase and today after a some phone calls and ex-change of emails to get my stove fixed, I went there (after driving 60 km with 2 kids) to get there and they tell me the stove could not be covered by the assurance. UNBELIEVABLE lack of respect. I Will never step back in the shop.

I bought a pillow on sale from Darty. Oreiller à Mousse A Mémoire De Forme. Absolutely terrible. It’s marketed as ergonomic but extremely lumpy and hollow. Poor quality. Plus cashier extremely slow.
